1. What should I do to get a student visa ?

To apply for a visa from your country , you must produce the following documents :

- a valid passport
- an application form( IND form )
- four recent passport size photographs
- recent bank statement showing your name/address/sufficient fund of yours to support yourself in this country
- certificate of registration from the school showing that you have booked for a course with the minimum requirements and that your school fees have been paid
- you might need an accommodation confirmation in this country
- you might need to produce the proofs of your genuinity of a student who is eager to learn English
- you might need to produce :
your national ID card
information about your parents/spouse/children
your property
your tax returns

2. Can your school give me the guarantee that I will get the visa ?

No , what we can do to our best possible capacity is to guide and assist you ;but to issue a visa is entirely in the hands of the British Embassy abroad and the Home Office or Immigration Authorities in the United Kingdom.

3. What could be the reasons to refuse my visa applications by the concerned authorities ?

Your visa application might be refused by the concerned authorities for any one or more of the following reasons stated below :

- not showing the evidence of sufficient funds
- working without a work permit
- an invalid change of status
- providing false information to our college authorities and to British Immigration authorities
- misconduct
- poor attendance
- the authority may think that you do not have a genuine reason to learn English in this country.

4. How long can I live in this country on my student visa ?

Generally for the first time a student is granted approximately for a period of six months student visa , at the end of which you may apply for your visa extension to the Home Office .

5. How can I extend my student visa ?

The school will help you with your application provided the you have got a regular attendance in the class and have got proofs of sufficient funds to support yourself .

6. Am I allowed to work with a student visa ?

With the student visa international students are allowed to work part time (20 hours per
week) during the school term and to work full time during the holiday terms.

7. Can I get an information pack from you ?

Of course you can ; if you can e-mail us your mail address we will send you a free information pack by post.

8. Which one is the most popular course ?

The general English course which is 15 hours per week.

9. What is the course timing ?

We have got full time & part time classes in the morning , afternoon, late afternoon & evening sessions.

10. How long will be each session ?

A full time class is 15 hours per week with a 3 three hours class in each day. Each 3 hours class has got an half an hour break in between.

11. Do I have to attend the classes regularly ?

Yes ; if you really want to learn English language then you have to attend your classes at a regular basis.Because our school has an uninterrupted course structure made up of theoretical classes ( grammar and vocabulary classes ) as well as the practical classes focussing on the speaking , listening , writing and understanding ability of the students which involves the group participation.

Moreover for the non EU students minimum of 80% attendance per week is required as a legal necessity of a student visa status.

12. What is the technique of your teaching in the school ?

Our school has an uninterrupted course structure made up of theoretical classes
( grammar and vocabulary classes ) as well as the practical classes focussing on the
speaking , listening , writing and understanding ability of the students which involves
the group participation.

Our classrooms are well equipped with Television , VCR , computer , projector etc.
with the help of which our experienced and friendly teachers try to give their best to
the students.

All our classes are small so that the students can learn in a friendly class with the individual attention given.

13. Tell me about the holidays that I can take during my course.

The maximum authorised holidays are given below :

Paid for 8-11 weeks of study 1 week
Paid for 12-23 weeks of study 2 weeks
Paid for 24-35 weeks of study 4 weeks
Paid for 36 + weeks of study 6 weeks

14. What is a student card ?

Once the students will enrol in our school , they will be provided with a student card with which they can get the discounts in various places e.g. on their travel cards , in some of the famous stores , on cinema tickets etc.
